The Caterpillar 320D L is the long-undercarriage version of the 320D generation crawler excavator, a 20 to 22 tonne medium excavator built for general earthmoving, trenching and site work. The 320D generation followed the 320C and carried a Cat C6.4 or C6.6 ACERT engine depending on build year, delivering around 103 to 110 kW (138 to 148 hp) net.
